Python Python Collections (2016, retired 2019) Slices sillyCase

Sillycase Function

This is what I have so far. I think I am on the right track but stumped on how to fix the function

sillycase.py
def sillycase(string):
    string = str(input("Enter a word and watch what happens!"))
    a = int(len(string))
    b = a // 2
    silly_list_lower = [0:b]
    silly_list_upper = [b:]
    print(string.lower(silly_list_lower)) + (string.upper(silly_list_upper))

Hi Ali Your code it's almost done just if you use the len() you don't need to use the int() to, the len() gives already an integer which used with // it will give you a hole number, not a float. In the print statement the to variables should be under the same ()

print(silly_list_lower + silly_list_upper)

i hope this helps
