Since these videos are older, anyone know of the best way to make an HTML email responsive today? Tips, examples?

This video is no longer responsive today and I'm trying to learn. If there are any new tips or videos I could watch that would be helpful. I followed along with this tutorial and just want to make sure I figure out the responsiveness now. Thanks!
