So How could we use Includes for Repeatable Layouts on a Project like this?

Ive search the internet for tutorials on using Includes For Repeatable Layouts...but none of them show how to deal with the problem we would have in this project with id's.

I could be just missing something simple, but i would appreciate some guidance with this.

Has anyone been able to make includes work on this project or something similar?

If anyone thinks this is a stupid question, please let me know.
