If you read carefully the exercise, It asks you to create a loop that logs the numbers 4 to 156. All you need to do is start your loop at 4 and add +1 to the number you log in your loop till this number is equal to the number we want to reach, which is 156 !

Here is the answer:

for(var i = 4;i<=156;i++){
 console.log(i); 
}
