(SOLVED) Anyone having issues with "Build a Three Column Layout" video playback?

Hello,

Anyone having issues with "Build a Three Column Layout" video playback? I've tried refreshing the page multiple times and even closing out the browser/reopening it, still no luck with video playback. It keeps getting stuck at "pause" and will not let my cursor hover to press "play". Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue and if so, are there any fixes?

Any support would be greatly appreciate!
