[SOLVED] ,write the opening and closing head and body elements between your <html> tags?

This is what I did, and it's still giving me an error saying "your head tag must come before your <body> tag"...but it is...am I doing something wrong?

<html>
 <head>
   <body>


     </head>

   </body>

</html>

It should look like this :

<!DOCTYPE html>
 <html>
   <head>

   </head>
     <body>




   </body>
</html>

start head then close it right underneath. Oops!
