Someone help me understand in a simple way passing argument as dictionary.

def num_teachers(**kwargs):
    count_keys = len(kwargs.keys())
    return count_keys

I watched the video morethan 3 times but I'm still confused when to use **kwargs or how to create a function which accepts dictionary.

You're close, but the gather (or "double splat") operator (**) is intended to convert a number of individual keywords and values into a dictionary.

But in this case, the argument being passed in is a dictionary, so you don't need that operator.
