Still rotating?

I added the attribute to my AndroidManifest, but it still rotates the screen. Is this fixed later in the course?

Here is my manifest:

Make sure you have it nested between the activity tags and not the application tags. It should look something like this:

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE"/>

<application
    android:allowBackup="true"
    android:icon="@drawable/ic_launcher"
    android:label="@string/app_name"
