Structure in the Image Gallery

I'm trying to move/upload the Project files. I downloaded the project files in on my Macbook Pro, then moved them into the Workspace bottom left. The icon just keeps spinning and it never uploads??? So, I tried to just pull over each individual file..This was a wrong move.. What do I need to do to correct this? I tried restarting my Mac, I tried resetting safari, each time i go back it won't upload????

try using google chrome instead of safari. Workspaces seems to have some issues with other browsers and it seems chrome works best for working with workspaces.
