you need to extract the zip archive first. after you extract it (extract to your desktop or somewhere) drag from the extracted folder to your workspace. I would also be sure and use google chrome. it seems to have the least amount of issues when using workspaces

How would I extract the archive onto my desktop?

if you are on a pc:

download the image files here. create a new folder on your desktop called img (or whatever you want to call it) open the downloaded zip file. near the top left of the window there is a button that says extract all files. click that button and press browse. select the folder on your desktop you created. then click extract. after it finished click and drag the folder on your desktop to your workspace.

if you are on a mac: download the image files here. double click the zip archive in your downloads folder. it will extract to your downloads folder into a folder of the same name. click and drag that folder to your workspace

ok ill try that and let you know how it goes

okay that got it thanks
