Struggling to upload to godaddy where i already have a domain and hosting. Anyone help?

lots of choices at godaddy, not sure what to do.

I quit Godaddy because their interface was very frustrating and signed up for Hostgator which has a very clean interface and cPanel. I really do not understand why Godaddy is so hyped/popular.

I know that in Godaddy they had to activate my cPanel first. And on your cPanel are the FTP options.

It's quite some time ago I was a member there so I do not remember everything.

Hi Hugh,

Here is the link to Godaddy support if it helps.
I would double check your using FTP and not SFTP, along with your user name and password.
