stuck and stressed.

hi im really stuck here and dont know whats the first step to take. i'm pretty confident in loops and lists, but this one really has me stuck. any hints please. only hints, thank you. i wanna be able to complete it on my own after only a hint.

Here's some hints:

  • start with a loop that will iterate through the outer list
  • inside the loop, "join" the members of the outer list
