Stuck at Laravel Folder Structure video

Hi There, I have followed all the steps up until 1:10 (time) on the LAvel folder structure.

When I open my browser and put in the localhost ip http://127.0.0.1:8000/ i get the message: "No input file specified"

Im running Ubuntu 14 and vagrant is up and running.

Please advise

Thanks Mike

Also it would be nice if we could upload images here, for screen gabs and stuff! :-)

Are you using Laravel 5.1 with Homestead? I think I have run into this when I did not create the .env environment file. Also there is a great walkthrough on the laravel.com site for installing with Homestead http://laravel.com/docs/5.1/homestead

I recommend this Laravel course on an updated version.
