Stuck for a while now

I have been stuck with this question for a while now.

trial.py 
def add(one, solo):
  try:

  except ValueError: 
      return None
  else:
    return float(one) + float(solo)

Hey makan, You are doing great. You just have to the sum inside the try block to check, the value user is passing is a number before returning the value. So,

def add(one, solo):
  try:
    result = float(one) + float(solo)
  except ValueError:
    return None
  else:
    return result
