When I input code to echo variable, it's always wrong.

You are replacing the wrong part of the task with your variable. It wants you to replace the string that declares the flavor of ice cream; i.e. the echo "vanilla";
line, do NOT replace the echo "<p>Your favorite flavor of ice cream is ";
line.
