310 PointsStuck on CSS transition challenge
The task is: Write a declaration that will transition only the color and background values of .content.
The attached code returns a message of "Bummer: Make sure you're writing the properties inside the '.content' rule" and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */
.content {
color: #ff8a75;
background: #000;
transition-property: color, background;
transition-duration: 0.4s;
}
.invert:checked ~ .content {
color: #fff;
background: #373737;
}

54,972 PointsYou are doing more than the challenge asks. You don't need to set properties for color and background so delete those lines.
For task 1 you just need to set the transition-property which you have done. For task 2 you will also need to include the duration for background
