Python Python Basics (2015) Letter Game App Even or Odd Loop

Stumped and not sure what I should do!

Not sure how I should fix this. Tried while true and while start but that didn't help me!

even.py
import random

start = 5
while True:
       num = random.randit(1, 99)
    def even_odd(num):
        if % 2 == 0:
            print("{} is even".format(num))
        else:
            return not num % 2
        start - 1

First if something equals 0 it is false so you can use while variable if you know that your variable will eventually equal 0. Also for your if statement you have to specify what you are "moduloing" (probably not a word) by 2. Third if a number is not even it is odd so you really don't need to do more math in else: . Finally to finish it off, if you have a counter or ticker like 'start' make sure you reassign it at the end, remember you can use -= or += operators. Hope this helps.
