Hi,
Any idea to pass it?
var warning = document.getElementById("warning");
var button = document.getElementById("makeItRed");
button.addEventListener('click', () => {
warning.background-color = red;
});
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title>Adding an Event Listener</title>
</head>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css" />
<body>
<div id="warning">
Warning: My background should be red!
</div>
<button id="makeItRed">Make It Red!</button>
<script src="app.js"></script>
</body>
</html>

You were very close. The only thing you need to replace is warning.background-color = red
with warning.style.backgroundColor = "red"
in the button click handler !
This is how it should look:
button.addEventListener('click', () => {
warning.style.backgroundColor = 'red';
})
To learn more about this property, check out this website: https://www.w3schools.com/jsref/prop_style_backgroundcolor.asp
Happy Coding!
