System will not proceed forward

Do you have any suggestions on how to get the program unstuck? It will not allow me proceed forward. Tells me I am doing a great job and when I click on the button to go to next level, it doesn't respond. Then it returns to what I just completed and I have to redo the same work to get the exact same thing happening again. I am saving the work before I check the work. I have gone totally out of the program 2 times and returned to get the same response numerous times.
