Task 1 is no longer passing

I'm trying display_menu.join(', ') but then Task 1 isn't working any more... what does this mean?

banana.py
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(';')

menu = 'Our available flavors are: {}.'

display_menu = sundaes
display_menu.join(', ')

It honestly means Teamtreehouse's error checking is garbage. I suggest you use an online ide to help you like this. As for your problem, I can't believe join doesn't work like that. The proper way to do it is below.

(', ').join(display_menu)

(', ').join(display_menu) didn't work either. well i think I'm not going to pass this one but try it in the code editor instead. Thank you!!
