So very close... when you use echo, you don't need to add the output to an empty string, and it replaces the ????. Try this:
<p><strong>Owner:</strong> <?php echo $owner ?></p>

Front End Web Development Techdegree Graduate 32,425 PointsThanks Damien! What I was attempting to do was concatenate a space between the colon in the HTML and the name of the owner in the echo statement....looks like I was over-complicating things...
