8,067 PointsTask 4 - Teacher with most courses
I've made that many changes I've tied myself up in knots on this one. Can someone critique as I am code blind!
# The dictionary will look something like:
# {'Andrew Chalkley': ['jQuery Basics', 'Node.js Basics'],
# 'Kenneth Love': ['Python Basics', 'Python Collections']}
#
# Each key will be a Teacher and the value will be a list of courses.
#
# Your code goes below here.
def num_teachers(teachers):
return len(teachers)
def num_courses(teachers):
count = 0
for teacher in teachers:
count += len(teachers[teacher])
return count
def courses(teachers):
lists = []
for values in teachers.values():
lists.extend(values)
return lists
def most_courses(teachers):
max_count = 0
max_teacher = ''
for teacher, courses in teachers.values():
if len(courses) > max_count:
max_count = len(courses)
max_teacher = teacher
return max_teacher

41,120 PointsTry teachers.items() instead of teachers.values(), since you are accessing both the key and value in your loop.
