Technical Interview Prep: Take Me Out to the Ball Game

I don't understand why it continues saying its incorrect, is there something I am missing out on ?

A simple item to fix... you have two parameters in format, yet you only have one set of braces in your format string. Also, the cheer() call is not needed. Fix that and you'll get credit.
