Text above fields?

I'm applying what I learned to my own site, and when I added <?php comments_template(); ?> to my code, it did like I wanted it to. The problem here however, is not the code itself, but the layout.

In my layout the text is next to the fields instead of above it: https://i.imgur.com/g2USP3f.png

How would I go about making the text appear above the field?
