HTML How to Make a Website HTML First Use HTML Elements

the challenge question was "Set the character set for the page." so wouldn't the answer be <meta chrset="utf-8". ?

So Close! You are only missing one letter. You will want the following: <meta charset="UTF-8">

The name of the property is "charset"

But you wrote "chrset" (without the "a").

Also, you seem to have a lot of code that was not asked for. It might get by in this challenge, but in general, you should avoid adding anything the challenge has not specifically asked for. In future challenges, it could prevent it from passing!
