2,082 PointsThe code works on IDE but not on Treehouse RIPL
Hey, I'm using JetBrains PyCharm as my IDE. I wrote the following code:
def covers(param):
lst = []
set1 = {param}
for key, value in COURSES.items():
if set1.intersection(value):
lst.append(key)
return lst
When calling the function by: print(covers("Python"))
I get the following output: ['Python Basics']
Which by the example given by Treehouse for this exercise, I've done it as required. If so, why when checking the code I being told to "try again?"
*And yes, I've tried to refresh my browser and paste the code again.

and replace the if
statement's condition with:
param.intersection(value)

2,082 PointsDon't really know why, but the '''set1 = {parm}''' was the problem.. now I wrote:
def covers(param): lst = []
and it works.
