You need to answer with the following

String favouriteColor ="red";

Variable s in java are defined by putting the data type first followed by the variable name (this can usually be anything you want with the exception of some key words). Then you can set an initial value should you wish by typing the equals sign(=) followed by a value. For this example the data type is string which means text so we surround the value with double quotes.
