The <footer> alt=" Facebook Logo", How come it is "Facebook Logo" ? , where it is come from ?

I do not understand alt=" Facebook Logo".

The phrase Facebook logo will only appear if the Facebook icon failed to appear on the website for some reason. For example, if the source to the image is wrong, the text inside the alt attribute will be shown instead of the photo

The Alternative text is something for software like Screenreaders and Search engines to read. You can put anything in the alt attribute but it should be meaningful and descriptive to the image. :-)
