You're on the right track. I'm not sure what the question you're trying to answer is, but here's some correct code to get moving forward.

$flavor = "cookie dough";
echo "<p> Your favorite flavor of ice cream is " . $flavor . "</p>";
if ($flavor == "cookie dough"){
 echo "<p>Randy's favorite flavor is " . $flavor .  " also! </p>";
}
?>

Notice how on the first line I've entered an actual flavor not the term "flavor". Then the if block tests against the flavor you've coded in, and if it the same as Randy's favorite flavor it executes another echo statement. You can see that I've used concatenation as opposed to multiple echo statements as well. Hope this helps !
