the split function

its not working for me ! can anybody tell me why ? its working on the work space

banana.py
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white".split()

Hi reynier,

you need to split the string at the semicolons, and assign the result to sundaes:

sundaes = available.split(";")
