The text is too long for the screen and only displays half of it when I run the emulator.

I tried putting the TextView in a scrollview but that only moved the text on top of the picture. I also tried setting android:scrollbars="vertical" and it still did not work. I am having trouble finding stuff online about has anyone fixed this issue?
