The video played, now the system will not continue. How do I refresh the screen to continue?

I have Windows 10 with Edge. The video played and the continue button is green. I click on the "Continue" button, but nothing happens. I click on the next icon and it brings up an empty shell of the quiz. I refresh, but the screen comes back to the empty shell.

There seems to be an issue with the continue button, at least there is for me on every page it appears.
