Hi, i didn't understood well you question. But you can program for android in both Android Studio or Eclipse ADT.

Android studio is based on IntelliJ IDEA. It provides new features and improvements over Eclipse ADT and will be the official Android IDE once it's ready.

You can see a comparison of features between both here: https://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/studio.html

It's a little confusing, but Android Studio is the way to go if you're just starting out. It is the definite future (and present!) of Android development.
