Filezilla is FTP (File Transfer Protocol) software which allows you to upload files to (and download from) your website on a server.
You may find this video useful for explaining it.

10,399 PointsYes, it came up in an earlier video, I forget which one. But basically you download the software, install it, then log on using your hosting server address, generally ftp.yourwebiste.com but depends on your host. Username and password are your hosting username and password. Godaddy has an auto setup feature I used when setting mine up
