This section jumps too far from the last one

I like to keep one set of files to work on throughout a course, but this section has different CSS compared to the last section.

I just feel like it goes through the different types of layouts too quickly. There's relative, absolute, flexbox, and grids, and none of them mesh together. The lessons are disjointed. I'd like to see some contrast between the different types.

I like to work on a single course-wide project (like the "How to Build a Website" course), and I was confused because each lesson starts with a (slightly different) CSS and HTML file. There's no explanation for why they are different other than for the purpose of demonstrating a new layout technique. I wanted to keep the same CSS file throughout all the lessons but there were changes made between videos that were not elaborated upon.

Since they are loosely joined, and since I can't maintain a single file, I feel a little confused in learning the different types of layouts.

Could you go in to some depth about what's different or references to what you need help on
