Thoughts.. What do you guys think? Did I do this right? thoughts?

var second = prompt("Gimme another number"); second = parseFloat(second);

var random = Math.floor(Math.random() * (first - second) + second) ; return random;

For the formula to work correctly, the "second" must be the lower limit, but the questions don't make the necessary relationship between the two numbers clear.
