Toggle on Checkbox

doesn't mCheckboxes[i].toggle() set the Checkbox to its oppossite checked state i.e. if the checkbox was unchecked before screen rotation it will be checked after the rotation.

The activity and any fragment attached to it would be destroyed and re-created from scratch on a rotation. The checkboxes are created dynamically each time we create the fragment and they don't have any static id. All the checkboxes after rotation will start out as unchecked, and this is why we use the instance state to re-check those boxes.
