Your code contains some quotation marks. You need to get rid of these as there's no reason for them in this context.

The other issue is that the challenge wants you to add the contents of the variables together, rather than the numbers themselves, like this:

current_count = 14
planned = 5
del planned
upcoming_releases = 2
total = current_count + upcoming_releases
