TreeHouse Portfolio Theme Not Displaying

I downloaded the complete project and placed it in my themes folder. I activate the theme but when I do I notice that it is not working correctly. The stylesheet appears not to load. I also moved the portfolio-images and static-theme folder into the the TreeHouse Portfolio Theme folder thinking it would help. It hasn't. The theme is not displaying properly even after I downloaded, installed, and activated the final one.
