1,997 PointsTrouble importing module?
I cannot seem to get the first part of the number game to work. I believe it has something to do with importing the random module. below is some of my code:
import random
secret_num = random.randint(1, 10)
while True: guess = int(input("Guess a number between 1 and 10: ")) if guess == secret_num: print("You got it: My number was{}".format(secret_num)) break else: print("Sorry, that's not it!")
The error I am getting is as follows:
"Traceback (most recent call last):
File "random.py", line 1, in <module>
import random
File "/home/treehouse/workspace/random.py", line 3, in <module>
secret_num = random.randint(1, 10)
AttributeError: module 'random' has no attribute 'randint'
Any suggestions?

Try renaming your file to something other than random.py
