Trying to drag the img file to the work space

I have dragged the img file to the workspace but it will not save to the workspace

Try going to downloads on your computer and extracting the files, I tried it before doing that and nothing happened. Once I extracted them it worked.

the "loading zone" is the black area at the bottom left of workspaces. drag the img here and it will load

Hi Aurelien, I have tried to drag and drop in the black area at bottom.. Still its not showing up / downloading in my workspace. Please help!

I have the same problem as Shaishav. I have selected all of the files, and dragged them to "black area" at the bottom left of my workspaces. Nothing happens. Why is this?

I am working on Windows if that helps solve the issue.
