trying to get the xcode program off of itunes but there is nothing but tutorials

hello, trying to get the xcode program but it seems that itunes does not have it , they have a bunch of tutorials

xcode is available via app store

You can search the iOS app store from iTunes, but not the Mac App Store (which is where Xcode is.)
