twoples challenge task 1 (*args): code not accepted; works in my shell

See code below. The message I get is: "Bummer: Try again!" I put this code into my interactive shell and it works fine, so I have no idea what test it is failing. Task note says "Slices might come in handy for this." Am I missing something? The task says to take any number of arguments and return the product (multiplied value) of all supplied arguments. Any help?

def multiply(*args): product = 1 for arg in args: product *= arg return product

I copy/pasted your code into the challenge and it passed

Thanks. I re-typed it into my editor, deleted it from the challenge, reloaded the challenge page, pasted in the text from my editor, and it passed.
