CSS How to Make a Website Responsive Web Design and Testing Refactor the Layout

Typed everything in verbatim and it's still coming up as incorrect in the code challenge, am I missing something?

The code challenge is asking to select the li's in the gallery and add a width of 28.3333%, I've reviewed the videos several times to check my code, but it's still coming up as incorrect. On the webpage itself, it's showing up the way it needs to with the adjusted width, it's only the code challenge that's marking it as incorrect, so I'm not sure what I'm missing.

css/main.css
@media screen and (min-width: 480px) {

  /*****************
  TWO COLUMN LAYOUT
  ******************/

  #primary {
   width: 50%;
   float: left;
  }

  #secondary {
   width: 40%;
   float: right;
  }

  /*****************
  PAGE: PORTFOLIO
  ******************/

  #gallery li {
   width: 28.3333%;
  }

  #gallery li:nth-child(4n) {
   clear: left;
  }

   /*****************
  PAGE: ABOUT
  ******************/

  .profile-photo {
    float: left;
    margin: 0 5% 80px 0;
  }

}

@media screen and (min-width: 660px) {

   /*****************
  HEADER
  ******************/

  nav {
   background: none;
   float: right;
   font-size: 1.125em;
   margin-right: 5%;
   text-align: right;
   width: 45%
  }

  #logo {
   float: left;
   margin-left: 5%;
   text-align: left;
   width: 45%;
  }

  h1 {
    font-size: 2.5em;
  }

  h2 {
   font-size: 0.825em;
   margin-bottom: 20px;
  }

  header {
   border-bottom: 5px solid #599a68;
   margin-bottom: 60px;
  }

}

The code challenge doesn't use all of the same code as the website you are working on in the video. Logan R is right that all you need to do for the first task of this code challenge is to add #gallery li {width: 28.3333%;} within the curly brackets of the media query. The code you have posted above is all the css from the webpage in the video. If you post that into challenge, it will not work. Your code for the challenge should look like this:

a {
  text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

#logo {
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}

h1, h2 {
  color: #fff;
}

nav a {
  color: #fff;
}

nav a:hover {
  color: #32673f;
}

h1 {
  font-family: β€˜Changa One’, sans-serif;
  font-size: 1.75em;
  font-weight: normal;
}

img {
  max-width: 100%;
}

#gallery {
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
  list-style: none;
}

#gallery li {
  float: left;
  width: 45%;
  margin: 2.5%;
  background-color: #f5f5f5;
  color: #bdc3c7;
}

nav ul {
  list-style: none;
  margin: 0 10px;
  padding: 0;
}

nav li {
  display: inline-block;
}

nav a {
  font-weight: 800;
  padding: 15px 10px;
}

.profile-photo {
  display: block;
  margin: 0 auto 30px;
      max-width: 150px;
  border-radius: 100%;
}

.contact-info {
  list-style: none;
  padding: 0;
  margin: 0;
  font-size: 0.9em;
}

.contact-info a {
  display: block;
  min-height: 20px;
  background-repeat: no-repeat;
  background-size: 20px 20px;
  padding: 0 0 0 30px;
  margin: 0 0 10px;
}

@media screen and (min-width: 480px) {
  #gallery li {
    width: 28.3333%;
  }
}

No idea where you got all that code from, but if you refresh the page and go to the bottom, you'll see:

@media screen and (min-width: 480px) {

  }

All it wants you to do inside of there is to grab the list

  #gallery li {
  }

and change the width to 28.3333%.

   width: 28.3333%;

And that's it!

Hope this helps out.

@media screen and (min-width: 480px) {
      #gallery li {
      width: 28.3333%;
  }

Thanks, but I tried that as well and it's still coming up as incorrect.
