Unable to load IMG folder into sidebar of workspace

I am attempting to drag and drop the IMG file into the workspace. When I hover it over the gray area, no box appears saying to drag and drop. The corner of the folder that I am dragging has the "no" symbol" while I hover.

Hi Nikki,

You will want to try to load each individual image into the workspace. Dragging and dropping an entire folder will not work.

Also, make sure you unzip any folders that you downloaded that contain the images before you try to load each image.

Thank you, both! It was both a problem w not properly unzipping and trying to move the whole folder at once.
