Unable to upload certifications and track completions to Google+. Keep coming up with link invalid error.

Everytime I want to post my achievements on my G+ account, it directs me to my Google+ page but then comes up with Error - Link is invalid. I have tried to 3 different computers with no success.

Anybody else having this problem? And if so, did you resolve it?
