this seams very vague. how does this relate to a specific wrapper. does it relate to all wrappers. how does the "#" symbol impact this styling. sorry, rambling...i guess i'm confused. ....................................................................................................... ...#wrapper {

The # mark indicates you are targeting an id. In #wrapper you are targeting a div with an ID of wrapper.
