my code is not passing?????

inside your unordered list you would create your list items Ex: <ul> <li>Portfolio</li> <li></li> </ul>

It's a known bug, not sure when it's going to be fixed though. They are aware so hopefully it'll be rectified soon. In the meantime just skip it and move onto the next part like I did.
