I don't understand this challenge at all. I don't know what to do.

def favorite_food(dict):

    return "Hi, I'm {name} and I love to eat {food}!".format(namer, fooder)

Hi Dustin. The ** syntax unpacks a dictionary, so in the string it's included the name and food attribute, all you have to pass in the .format() function is

.format(**dict)

I hope it helps. Happy coding
