Unpacking Dictionaries

I keep getting invalid Syntax Error for Line 13 and I don't know if this will solve the challenge. Thank you.

string_factory.py
def favorite_food(dict):
    return "Hi, I'm {name} and I love to eat {food}!".format()

def unpack(name = None, food = None):
    if name and food:
        return favorite_food()
    else:
        return NONE

unpack(**{"name" = "Lucas": "food" = "McDonalds"})

To unpack the dict you only need to precede it with ** for example

return "Hi, I'm {name} and I love to eat {food}!".format(**dict)

That was very unclear from the video. They need to add better prompts to the challenges to be able to learn these things.
